Ambrosia-India ensures that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Ambrosia-India is a make-to-order brand in order to minimize wastage, which means a garment goes into production only after the order is confirmed online. International orders are usually delivered within 35-40 business days and domestic orders within 20-22 business days. We will send you an email with the delivery date after the orders are placed.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

Enjoy free shipping within India when you pay online via debit card, credit card, Paypal, net banking, or bank transfer. Flat Shipping of Rs.150 on COD orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once you feed in your complete shipping address at check out, you will be able to see an auto-generated shipping fee.

ORDER COMMUNICATION

You will receive order-related emails in two stages.

1. An order confirmation email once you place the order.
2. A shipment email once the order is dispatched from our workshop to your address. You will be able to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company through the tracking code in the second email.

Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted three times before the shipment is returned to our workshop. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with an incomplete address or wrong telephone number.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at care@ambrosia-India.com

EXCHANGE/REFUND

Every single piece designed & produced in Ambrosia-India takes a lot of hard work and time. Before sending it to you each item goes through stringent quality checks. Unevenness in colour & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes. However, incase our customer is not happy with a certain product, we are more than happy to exchange it. For any exchange / return requests please write to us on care@ambrosia-india.com

To initiate the exchange/return pls write an email confirming your return request, you will receive the address of our warehouse in Mumbai, to which you have to ship the garment back. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the garment, our team will inspect the garment after which you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted Please note, all products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

Please be careful while trying on items. The item should be returned new and unused as Ambrosia-India holds the right not to accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

We only accept exchange / return of product once and within 2 days of the goods received by the customer.

Ambrosia India will not be responsible for the loss of products sent by you and will not accept the products incase the outer packaging is damaged or the seal is broken.

We do not guarantee availability of the same product in the desired size. Exchange will entirely depend on availability of products. Requesting you to please check before requesting an exchange.

Customised orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as requested.

Exchange and return are not applicable on International orders.

We do not follow a refund policy and do not offer a refund on any orders. However you can ask for a credit note that will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue These Credit Notes cannot be clubbed with another offer or be used for sale purchases.

In any case, if we send you a faulty product/ wrong order, we are responsible for bearing all the costs of Return / Exchange. Incase our service provider operates in your area, a pickup will be arranged from our end. However, if they don't, we request the customer to send the product back and compensate the shipping charges for the same within 7 working days.

No exchange and refund on discounted items.
